Can you find a thesis statement in this paragraph?

What is it that motivates a writer? Could it be the desire to become famous? Or maybe it is the prospect of making a fortune. While there are as many reasons to write as there are authors, I believe that David Mura and Mike Rose share a common goal in their literary ambitions. In Pedagogy of the Oppressed, the Brazilian educator and theorist of education Paulo Freire claims that this academic yearning is “rooted in men’s incompletion, from which they move out in constant search - a search which can be carried out only in communion with others” (Freire 91). Rose and Mura’s stories show us that while literary accomplishment is a means to inner fulfillment; perhaps it plays an even more important role as an avenue to community and belonging.
