As long as you don't have a lien on the vehicle you can do whatever you want to with the check. If your insurance co finds out, they may not want to extend full coverage on a vehicle with prior damage. I don't necessarily agree that this accident was your fault. I have handled multiple claims where a vehicle pulled out in front of our insured, who swerved to avoid and struck a parked vehicle and they were not at fault.

Someone tried to log into your account to many times (or you did). You cannot do anything about it. If you tried to many times it blocks all acess to the account and therefor you cannot acesss it ever again I think. I'm sorry but I hope this helps.

Did your new friends invite you to church? It's very important that you go. Get a Bible and start reading the New Testament. I recommend starting with the Gospel of Mark. Have you asked the Lord into your life? I did many years ago and He has helped me and blessed me a lot. It sounds like Jesus has thrown you a life preserver. Don't blow it. Stick to the rules at the shelter. Pray. Just talk to God daily. Ask Him what to do with your life. Here are some Bible verses to look up: Romans 10:13, Romans 5:8, Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, Philippians 4:6,7.
