I was recently told my liver is almost 50% enlarged and fatty streaks?As well as tested + for epstein barr?

I am on a million meds it seems like...ANy help anyone? As well as Tested positive for the Epstein Barr virus my number on the bloodwork was 750~~ Liver levels are up. I have severe sweats,dizziness,tremors cognitive issues,fatigue.Swollen Lymph nodes in head and neck as well as base of my tongue. This all started when i got MRSA in my Mastoid and beyond it 1 yr ago????
