Do the Amore Mio products sold by Premiere Dead Sea really clear up acne and reduce redness?

I am a 21 year old guy, and some woman at a premiere dead sea stand convinced me to buy this. I only did it because she lowered the price to about $30 per product for 3 items, including some facial wash and 24K Skin Exfoliation Treatment. I am only considering this because I normally use over the counter acne stuff, and it doesn't seem to work to well, so I figured I would give it a try since it was only twice the price of over the counter stuff. What do you guys Anyone know anything about these products? I googled the name of the company, but it barely seems to exist, aside from some comments on Amazon.com and a number of reviews of premiere dead sea saying the sales people are ruthless and expensive, but that their products work. Anyone know anything about these products?
