I got into an accident with a permit in RI. Will I be put in to jail?

I got into an accident with a pedestrian. She got abrasion. I got an ticket because of no one sitting beside me with permit and will go to court. I checked the law and found there maybe less than 30 days prison. I am so scared. Will I be put into jail?
