Is this the freedom of speech that you talk about?

There is actually an element of truth in what your father is saying. Virtually everything posted on the Internet can be traced back to the originator, so if government authorities wanted to track an individual down, it could be done by those governments with the technological clout and Big Brother laws. But it is countries like North Korea and China that are trying to take away freedom of Internet speech so it is certainly wise to avoid stating anything that would give yourself away openly. Never allow your real identity and personal details to go on-line. But never allow intimidation to stop you questioning religions and countries either! This issue has got nothing to do with missing children, however.
