Ladies only please?

I am 35 years old and I seem to have an excessive amount of l leakage. I thought it might be a yeast infection, but it's still there after I treated myself for it. I am so sorry to get really personal ladies, but are your underwear wet all of the time? Mine are and it keeps getting worse. Could it be the fact I am morbidly obese? I know I should go to the doctor, but I just haven't been able to make myself yet. It's such an embaring subject. Thanks everyone and sorry to be so graphic,..but I really need input. Oh, it has a strong pee like odor too. I feel like I should be changing underwear 3 or 4 times per day. It's too early for an overactive bladder isn't it? I thought that was for older people.
