What new PS3 game should I get?

I am thinking of getting Heavy Rain, but I was wondering if you guys know any other new good games and if you have played Heavy Rain please can you tell me if it is any good. O and I have got MW2, MW, Fifa 10, COD5, Rockband, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, Motorstorm Pacific Rift and Shaun White Snowboarding! Thanks in advance! :D
