Our Apartment Maintenance Guy Trying to Pay me to show him my BODY!!! what wud u do?

Yesterday the apartment maintenance guy (hes about 65yrs old) came over to fix our water heater, me and my two kids under the age of 2 were the only ones there...hes always been a really creepy guy but yesterday he came up to me before he left and was like right in my face and he whispered "if you ever need like 50 dollars or something show me that gorgeous body of yours"...and i was like Nooooooo.....and then he said well, its an idea. and then he left and i was just like OMGG i cannot believe he just said that to me. i was so pissed off about it... so i called the owner of the building and told her what had happened and she laughed at me and said oh he must of been joking, she said hes been working for us for a long time i just cant see him sayin that, i told our apt care taker and she believed me and said i shud call the cops on him, but i just dont know what to do. & he has the master key and can get into any apt. and hes so CREEPYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. im pissed off cause the owner laughed about "ual harrasment and didnt believe me pretty much,. But i shud of expected that from the owner shes a old b***** shes said alotta things to me before that were nun of her buss. and shes very very rude and nosey........What should i do about this creepy guy....like i just dont want it to happen to anyone else....theres young girls in this apt, and who knows if he;ll try to pay them to get what he wants.
