Prestige of an internationally recognized AACSB Business school?

I go to the University of Houston-Clear Lake. It is a completely separate school from University of Houston, although it is in the same system. I am going into my senior year and i am worried about my job prospects. I am an Accounting major, and I have not received one single call back from a CPA firm after submitting my resume. I have a decent gpa (3.11) The reason i picked this school is because of this phrase on their website "At the present time, only 170 universities from around the world have both accounting and business accreditation.The Accounting Program is a member of the Federation of Schools of Accountancy and the International ociation for Accounting Education and Research." But now i am feeling like because University of Texas, and Texas A&M are in the same state my dreams of working a Big 4 Acct firm are close to over. Is my school crap?
