I would skip the comments at the beginning and end (an interviewer could disagree with both) but otherwise I think these are pretty good answers. I especially like the concrete examples for your strength. One suggestion, since you have good answers to both, an interviewer may ume you prepared these in advance. A smart interviewer may well press you for an additional example of a strength and weakness, so you may wish to think about that in advance as well. Good luck!
