I'm only twenty years old and have no ual desire at all!!?

I have been through a lot just since I was 18 suffering from infertility issues and unknown causes for ectopic pregnancy. I had severe internal bleeding and had one ectopic in the left fallopian, four months later one on the right. My surgeon believed I would never have a child in my uterus... Five months later, I mysteriously got pregnant with a healthy baby girl! Anyway, after two laparoscopies and internal damage and a normal pregnancy... Why is it I don't want anymore? Could all these issues be the culprit?
