Is it bad to be too cheap?

I am personally a cheap person who loves getting good deals and buying things for a good price. I hate getting ripped off and I know all the good deals I can get. I also would never waste money anything that I deem is not of good value. For example, I never buy from vending machines since its a big ripoff. Also, I also smuggle food and drinks into events such as sports games since the food in teh stadium is really overpriced. Would u say this is a bad quality
